Richard S. Roberts, Jr., presented a Seminar at the Salem EC Church in Lenhartsville, PA on Legally Justified Use of Deadly Force and Interactions with Law Enforcement.  The focus of the seminar was to give individuals information on what the law is and to help dispel some of the popular myths surrounding firearms and the use of deadly force to protect themselves and others.  The topics covered included Deadly Force to protect yourself and third parties, Defense of Property, the Castle Doctrine, Stand your Ground, Right to Remain Silent, Right to an Attorney, Disqualifying Offenses for purchase and possession of Firearms, and Gun-Free Zones.

Richard S. Roberts, Jr. is an experienced trial attorney who practiced criminal law and firearms law for 6 years before coming to Zator Law.  He represented clients in jury trials and bench trials throughout Pennsylvania.  He has argued and litigated appeals in both the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts and has two published opinions. He is a passionate, experienced and frequent seminar speaker on various topics surrounding the civil rights of individuals and institutions including the Second Amendment, First Amendment along with the rights of religious organizations and institutions.
