Amy J. Andrews serves as Special Counsel at Zator Law and focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense, unemployment and employment law. Amy heads up the firm’s growing workers’ compensation defense practice. A Lehigh Valley native, she recently returned to the area after living and working in Pittsburgh for over 20 years. She is a former partner at Carpenter, McCadden & Lane, LLC. Amy has extensive experience advising and representing insured and self-insured employers throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia in the pursuit of favorable outcomes.
Amy has been a speaker at the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Annual Conference and a frequent lecturer for employers and insurance carriers.

After graduating from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree and a double major in Political Science and History, she went on to earn her law degree at Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school she was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Honor Society and the Phi Delta Phi National Legal Honor Society.
Amy grew up in the Lehigh Valley and enjoys spending time with her two daughters and extended family. She is an avid Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers fan.
