Joshua S. Mazin
Joshua Mazin is an associate who concentrates his practice in the areas of business, real estate, zoning, subdivision, land development, and municipal law. Joshua came to Zator Law after serving for many years as Chief Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert Simpson of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. While serving as Chief Judicial Law Clerk, Joshua honed his writing, analytical, drafting, and research skills. He brings a wide array of knowledge to Zator Law including zoning and land use, municipal, environmental, and public utility law.

More About Joshua
Joshua was an Honors Graduate, President’s Honor Roll Member and a Member of the Criminology and Law Honors Society at the University of Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. He went on to The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University to earn his law degree where he served as Solicitation Editor of the Dickinson Journal of Environmental Law & Policy.
Josh currently resides with his family in Allentown. When he is not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, attending his son’s sporting events, and exercising.
