Stephanie A. Koenig
Stephanie Koenig is an associate who brings a collaborative approach to her legal representation, based upon nearly a decade of working with small and large businesses in the greater Lehigh Valley region. Stephanie strives to give her clients a creative and outcome-based approach to the business transaction. Stephanie regularly advises clients in the acquisition, financing, leasing, management, and development of commercial and residential projects. Stephanie has represented municipalities, real estate developers, corporations, non-profit entities, religious organizations and educational institutions in local and regional transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, leases, and transactions involving automobile dealerships, warehouses, repurposing historic structures, and hotels. In addition, Stephanie advises religious organizations and educational institutions on matters such as employee-relations and Child Protective Services Law regulations.

As a Lehigh Valley native, Stephanie has been involved in many community organizations in positions such as being a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the March of Dimes, March for Babies, March of Dimes; member of the Executive Committee of the Associates of Cedar Crest College; member of the Parkland School District Education Foundation; past Secretary of the Parkland Aquatic Club; past President of the Ballet Guild of the Lehigh Valley; and, past board member Executive Service Corps of the Lehigh Valley. Stephanie’s hard work has earned her selection as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers™, Forty under 40 by Lehigh Valley Business in 2018, Local Legal Leader™ by Lehigh Valley Magazine in 2016 and 2017; a Woman of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business in 2017; and one of the “Top 20 Under 40” by the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal in 2011.
Stephanie graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, where she was named Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Women’s Studies. She earned her law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where she was the Executive Managing Editor of the Widener Law Journal and graduated Cum Laude.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys riding American Saddlebred horses and taking in a round of sporting clays with her husband, Peter.
