The Zator Team attended the 2019 Holiday Luncheon put on by the Western Lehigh/East Penn Chambers of Commerce and held at the beautiful Brookside Country Club. Jennifer Alderfer, Chair of the Western Lehigh Chamber, welcomed the crowd and was the “face of Zator Law” for this exceptional holiday event. Jennifer’s welcome speech included a goodnatured chiding of those in attendance to make sure they bought lots of raffle tickets or our team would take home a lot of prizes, as in past years. The raffles brought in over $2,000 for the Chamber’s Scholarship and Grant funds and our team won 8 raffle items!
The event was attended by over 160 guests with special guests meLVin from the Phantoms, Radley from the Zoo and even Santa showed up to give out candy canes to all in attendance. There were hats, reindeer antlers and festive elf hats for all to wear. The Emmaus High School Chorale was amazing once again. They dazzled the crowd with their voices, dances and humorous takes on holiday classics.
Zator Law gave its podium time to Katrina Sundstrom, the Executive Director of Parkland C.A.R.E.S. Food Pantry. Katrina gave a inspiring speech about the work that the pantry does within the Parkland Community and her interactions with a young boy and his family at the pantry.
